Most people might wonder why they became fat rapidly and knowing the reasons behind will all boils down to different factors that may affect the body’s rapid physical growth. Sometimes it’s a big question mark for some people who are eager to know the real reasons behind the condition of becoming fat.
Indeed, there are several factors that affect our physical growth and how we grow and become fat as we live normally. These factors are contributors to the fat conditions of the body and can somehow trigger the activity of the bodily processes. It might spurt the growth of the body instantly and thus this allows us to grow bigger and heavier for instance.
But what’s the real score why we become fat? I’ll tell you that it all matters with the body’s metabolism. The body’s metabolism is responsible for the processes of growth and development of our physical attributes which is dependent on the energy intake and the physical activity interaction. The more we eat and the more we become physical then our body’s metabolism is processing faster. Imagine an engine of a car that interacts and operates as it is being fueled like our body who is being controlled and process by the energy and the physical activity. That’s how metabolism works in our body and we grow continuously.
It also depends on the BMR (Basil Metabolic rate) of a person which varies whether we have slower or faster or higher BMR. The faster or higher BMR we have, chances are they we consume more calories without having much fats stored in the body. While slower resting BMR entails burning less calories and prone to gain weight. In this case, most people who have increase their BMR has the potentialities to compensate for the excess calories without gaining weight as far as greater calorie in take is concerned.
Moreover, individuals who have tendencies to have slow calorie burn rate and doesn’t have enough exercise are prone to gain weight and become fat because of the exceeding calorie intake rather than utilizing good exercise that will burn calories in the body.
Likewise, humans as we are sometimes we don’t know what we are eating and the amount of food we usually consume each day contributes to the increasing and faster metabolism of the body thus it makes us grow bigger and heavier as well. So in turn, if people have poor physical activity but have higher food calorie intake, chances are they will become fat.
People who have problems in their calorie intake should maintain a well balanced diet and know how to get physical so that to balance the body metabolism cycle and processes. Also, the needs to follow some dietary plan and weight trainings can somehow contribute to a balance body metabolism that will help maintain human’s normal weight and health conditions. Eating the right amount of food should be equaled on the physical activity we perform to have better and normal health and weight.
