Weight loss or Just the Nibbling Of Nuts!!

Do you find your child nagging for a delicious bowl of noodle every time you want to give him something healthy? You prepare a nice sandwich with the eye of tomato, the nose with a cucumber and the lips with the red chili sauce. Your child will not understand the importance of the healthy food but he will just eat it attracted by the beautiful garnishing.

There is never a need to completely remove a food forever. Each and every food has its own food value. If you completely stop the intake of the noodles, he will crave for it more. You can make your child eat fruits, nuts, vegetables and also several other healthy foods like salads, lean meat and also different kinds of healthy snacks.  If you want to make your child eat all these things, you can make him eat them in some other way. Because if you give them to him directly, he will not feel like eating them. So you will have to go for innovative ways to make your child gobble each and every bit of the food.

Make your child munch on nuts and other fresh fruits when he is watching his favorite cartoon show on the television. He will eat the entire handful in just a few minutes without even knowing about it. But if your child is having any allergy, it will be difficult for you treat him with the nuts. Sometimes people have the wrong notion that having nuts daily on the diet will lead to weight gain or obesity. But studies and research have shown that adding nuts to the diet will does not cause much weight gain.

In fact nuts contain a good amount of fats, fiber, and protein and different other nutrients which are helpful for the growth and the development of the mind and the body. There are various kinds of nuts like almond, peanuts and also other varieties.

You can make your child lose weight by going for the exercises daily and not by stopping him from nibbling over a bowl of delicious green nuts !
