At home, at the office or at play exercise is important for good health. You can look for opportunities to be active and at the same time have fun. Don’t let work take all the time of the day. There are activities that would increase your physical activities during work at the office. At home, you can do exercise with other activities. Bring home an exercise machine which all the family members can use. There are many ways to exercise; find one that you will enjoy and help you achieve your goal.

I suffered weight issues for over fifteen years. I started with being fat then I graduated to being overweight. At last, obesity struck me about 8 years ago. In the year 2008, December, I fell seriously ill. The illness could have cost me my life but for my faith and family that I came around.
