I am beginning to see the value in getting up each morning with a smile on my face and if there’s none there quickly put one. It is easier to smile then to frown. It is up to me to show the world that I have love in my heart and I believe that the people will treat me better. I have found that I am as beautiful as I feel. All the shops are beginning to show the Christmas stock and the newest of gadgets. I have notice that the majority of gadgets you have to be sitting on your bum to carry out the functions of the gadget. So it continues that all manufacturing is geared yes to take your money but without responsibility for your well been. In other words they don’t give a monkey’s about your health or state of your body. The state of my body happened due to my lack of knowledge in that the high street fast food chains they don’t care about your well been they want your money and they blatantly lie about there foods value and calorie content. So likewise these companies around the planet do the very same. Do I blame them yes of course I do they don’t give a darn about the fact that all there produce is for to make you a couch potato.

Think about it. Since the invention of the TV the obesity numbers began to rise and then the computer and then all the other gadgets to make your life easier but shorter in years. I never done enough exercise and I have never seen any publicity from successive governments to exercise and loose weight and to play sports. It is sad that a National football team can hardly be picked as there is a shortage of National players. Look around you, you will find examples everywhere. Then look at the people walking by you the majority are overweight to some degree and this is increasing each day.

Our hospitals in no time will not be able to cope with this obesity and we as individuals have to do something about it. So this is what I have done to try and improve my health by healthy exercise and a food regime which is what the body needs and not what is advertised to me. I now rarely see the TV and its contents I like to watch wildlife as they can teach me much. Just see how they live. They eat only what they need and that means kill only what they need. They look after there family by showing them how to live and survive. We as parents do not. We allow our kids to eat anything they like, watch TV for 4 to 6 hours a day and not bothered about there well been and get off there back sides and exercise the same as you should do. I am in the state I am in due to all of this. Are you the same? If so then consider seriously your part in the daily intake of food and your inability to exercise. Do you put obstacles in your way and convince yourself your ok.

I did for many years till January this year [2009] I made a conscious decision to change and so far that is working. Is it easy NO but worth it. You can see all the great adverts lose 30 lbs with my special this that and the other and its all bull. There are no magical pills or wonder portion that will make you lose weight. The only way is by realizing that you are killing your self slowly by the amount of food you intake when you can very well do with smaller portions. You have to develop a food regime and an exercise programme which suits you. Seek the help and assistance of your doctor and physio personnel. They are only too glad to help you and to show you there is a way out of your problem.

We know due to experience the way forward to losing weight is to diet and to become very serious in doing this and to get rid of anyone who is not prepared to help you. They are not your friend. You have to secure a settled mind in achieving this and to go forward by sticking with the regime you commence with. To exercise without damaging your self and not allow any one to distract you from this new found way. I am blunt in my words but it is my experience after 15 years of trying to lose weight by this that and the other.

Believe in you. Know you are worth it. Know you are doing this for a better you. Your choice each day is Love yourself. If you don’t love yourself how can you love another?
