My exercising has decreased due to no energy and feeling unwell in myself. I have asked myself a thousand times is the new regime I am on and the body is upset over it or what. I know in my heart and soul that my new regime is perfect for me to loose weight properly and to keep it off. Ok the exercise is slow but it can be improved. I had discussions with Paul and we agreed to include swimming in the exercise. The reason I had not included the swimming previous was that my local pool does not have lifting equipment to lift some one over 150 kilo. As my beginning weight was 186.4 kilo we could not use. Now I can’t still use so need to develop a way to get into the pool by the stairs which is extremely painful.
I did go to the pool with my carer and while I can dive in it is getting out is the problem so we tried a few ways to get out. The hoist was of no use to us, we tried pulling myself up on the stairs and it was no good. The gap between the actual steps of the way out was very far apart and very hard and painful to get my leg up on each of the steps. The life guard then suggested he comes in and raises me up by my bottom at the water low end. Embarrassing but it worked. It gave me enough power to lift my leg to the next step and pull myself out by the bars and it is three steps that were a difficulty but now we have mastered them. Believe that all problems can be overcome with a solution and once you attain the solution please stay in the solution and not the problem. I can assure you I was highly delighted with my achievement and it goes to show that even the smallest of success brings major rewards and a feeling of greatness.
This applies to my food. When I am eating I chew and chew and then chew some more it gives a feeling of fullness and also helps the exercise of the jaws, mouth and saliva. I now only eat small amounts of food and some days I don’t require the 11’s as I call them but I do take them as it is necessary to keep the correct amounts of food per day for the body. My regime is 6 meals a day. Now I know that is not possible for everyone. I do use the plastic containers a lot for my food for each day. I prepare fresh as often as possible but there are days when I can’t, like having to attend the hospital or other appointments. I then use the container to bring the food I would normally eat at home to that appointment and eat at the time I do if at home. I always eat at the times of 7am, 11 am, 1pm, 3pm 6pm and 8pm. It is rare I break these times. Even when flying I stick with these times. Airlines are very accommodating these days and will help where possible. When I fly to Thailand for the winter due to the cold of the UK I travel with Eva Air I cannot say one bad word about them. They are just brilliant. They provide as much liquids as I require and I allow my time to slowly change. The flight takes approximately 11 hours from Heathrow and takes off at 9-30pm. So it is sleeping time for me. So landing time if I was using UK time would be 8-30am. I eat the 7am breakfast which I have pre-ordered. I then at 11 am slot which is now 6pm Thailand time and I now change to Thailand time and eat at 8pm when I arrive in the hotel room. I then get back into the swing of things the next day as if at home.
So all things are manageable with a little bit of thinking and help from others who care for you. I continue my regime where ever I am in the world I just try and keep everything in its perspective.
Coming back to my blood results. A doctor has notice a severe drop in my testosterone levels and that my CH, RSH,PSA,HG,BL, and HGT results are very low. On examination of previous results my testosterone has dropped from 23.05 to 3.7. The last result showed it had risen to 7.5 but that is a fast drop and also not good for my emotional well been. This may explain the reason why my metabolism may not be correctly working. Am I one of the few who because of this severe drop in testosterone levels has suffered the fall out so much in my emotions and physical well been. I looked up I could on the internet and discovered many items regarding this and also made a discovery that few doctors understand this problem. I sent a letter to a Dr Saad who is renowned in this field and he gave me the name of a specialist dealing with this in the Royal Free Hospital so I had my doctors refer me to him. Mind you it took some time in convincing my doctors to do it. Was that because I went out and got the medical information for myself or what. It does not matter as long as I got my referral letter to see Prof Bouloux. So now I await his appointment time and date.
I weighted in at 163.4
